I don't know why the reviews are so dramatic and polarizing, but I personally loved this reed diffuser. It worked really well (coconut vanilla) and looked beautiful. The scent was so strong I had to take it home because a lady in my office is sensitive to perfume scents. I'd buy again, and gift it. It's on the pricey side, but I feel like the quality made it worth while.Works well in my bathroom!I am not sure why there are bad reviews. Within an hour of opening my bathroom and kitchen were smelling nice. The smell I is exactly like vanilla and coconut. I also bought the Apple crisp which is a really nice fall/Christmas smell.
