I have very sensitive skin and was wary of trying this with the baking soda. But, it has been great and completely non-irritating. As far as keeping one odor free, it gets 5 huge stars (very effective). Way better than any other natural deodorant that I've tried. I have experienced no break through sweat odor at all. I have tested this through a high intensity workout followed by a sauna session, and there still was no bad odor making its way through. You obviously still sweat--so don't expect to be completely dry after all of that.The zero waste packaging is outstanding. I love the applicator and by applying light pressure on the cardboard roll, the contents do not retract. I do warm up the deodorant (before applying) by running a hair dryer over it for a few seconds and that makes application effortless. "Nicely" gets an A+ for environmentally friendly and effective plastic-free packaging.Scents are subjective and some people liked this one. I purchased the Ambrette Rose Cedarwood fragrance and it was unexpectedly predominantly floral. It is a big dose of rose, so be prepared for that if you choose this scent. I'll be giving the "Unscented" version a go next time. This one was definitely worth trying and finding out that it works without irritation. 5 enthusiastic stars
